This privacy policy covers Various Enterprises treatment of personally identifiable information collected by VARIOUS ENTERPRISES through a website owned and operated by VARIOUS ENTERPRISES.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that VARIOUS ENTERPRISES does not own or control, or of persons that VARIOUS ENTERPRISES does not employ or manage, including any third-party content contributors bound by contract and any third-party websites to which Hyper Template's websites link.

Return & Replacement Policy for Damaged Goods
If a Tipster is damaged in shipment, to the degree it is unsuitable for use, a replacement will be sent at no charge, within the USA. Please e-mail your replacement request to Dave@davesavage.com within 7 days of receiving the product.. Use subject line “Please replace my freight damaged WordTipster. Include a digital photo, photo copy or scan showing the WordTipster cut up into many pieces, making it unusable. A replacement will be sent out within 5 business days. Include a street address, contact and phone number. We’d like to talk to you so that we can improve or product and systems. Or snail mail to 2749 Old Mill Trail, Marietta GA 30062 Refunds will be sent by check, via US mail.
If some private label Tipsters are damaged in transit, please call or e-mail to discuss it. Replacement packaging or product will be sent out ASAP. Please e-mail a picture of the damaged if at all possible. I want to be able to improve the packing procedures. Cell 404 323-8686 dave@davesavage.com
Return Policy for some other reason Give me a call to discuss it. I’m always looking to improve the product and I haven’t yet met a Word “expert” who hasn’t learned or been reminded of many time and frustration saving shortcuts and special codes in the WordTipster. Cell 404 323-8686
Freight Policy
Individual and small quantity WordTipster orders will be sent by US Mail, at the basic rate, within 2 business days of receiving your paid order. Orders over 50 pieces will be sent US Mail UPS or FedEx Ground. $3.00 will be added to an individual shipment, regardless of the number of Tipsters in the package. E-mail order requests if shipments to multiple locations are desired on a single order. $3.00 will be added to the total for each location.
Express orders can be handled on a special request basis. Due to logistics of my small enterprise express shipments may not always be available. Additional charges will apply to cover the type of special service from the carrier.

Shipments to other countries can be made on request with payment made through Pay Pal. Shipping carrier charges plus $3.00 handling will apply to each package.
